We would first like to introduce Susan Wolla. Susan is the Operations Officer, VP at The Bank of Tioga. A Tioga native, Susan has shared with us a little bit more about herself, from what she loves about her role at the bank to time spent with her grandkids! **Tell us about yourself** I was born in Tioga and I’ve lived here all my life except when I went to Bismarck to College. **What’s your official job title?** Operations Officer, VP **What do you do every day? ** I complete operational duties, help Clients with IRA’s and Certificates of Deposits. I also problem-solve to ensure clients have the best possible experience. Every day is a new day with new issues and adventures to tackle! **Do you have any big role /department goals you’d like to share?** I help build efficient employees by assisting in training to expand banking knowledge. **How did you come into this role?** I started at the Bank 32 years ago as a bookkeeper/teller and worked into the role I currently have today as Operations Officer, VP! **What is most rewarding about your job?** I enjoy helping build client relationships and helping co-workers, as well as the challenge of learning and assisting when aquiring new branches. **How do you spend your time outside of work?** I enjoy spending time with my Grandchildren and family and friends. My hobbies right now are my Grandchildren - I love spending time with all five of them - soon to be six!
